 You cannot change the circumstances, weather or wind, but you can change yourself.  This is something that you are responsible for.  We all have to suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment.  If you do not make plans for your life, then you may have to work in someone else's plan.

      Joy is the simplest form of gratitude.

Gratitude is a great quality.  Gratitude means being respectful and showing respect to another person for the excellent and excellent help you have given towards yourself.  We express our gratitude for any help we have ever given and in any form and say that 'We are indebted to you, indebted and in return we will certainly serve whenever the opportunity comes.'  Gratitude is the quintessential feature of humanity.  It makes us realize that directly and indirectly in any form and whenever a person has provided any support and assistance.

2   Write  Something Creative And                                              Informative



        Start where you are. Use what you                                      have.  Do what you can

Articles are a fundamental genre of literature.  In which we write any topic in detail.  It has its beginning and end.  In many paragraphs, the subject is divided and an attempt is made to explain the information related to the subject in an interesting way.  Articles can only be creative literature and informational literature as well.  Articles on the subjects of science, technology and art can also be written.  They are informative ie they contain different types of factual and abstract information related to the subjects.  

3  Invest In Self-care

There is no one-size-fits-all formula.  Key activities include lifestyle therapy, creative pursuits, hobbies, time with loved ones and positive mental communication.  Science shows tremendous value in all these activities to protect and enhance mental health.  Engage in a process of reflection (therapists, coaches, and loved ones can be helpful in co-creation ideas) that help you recognize high-impact activities that can be woven into your routine.

4   Create A Morning Ritual

Everyone has a different morning ritual depending upon what motivates and inspires them to kick start their day and make it super productive and enjoyable to achieve their goals & dreams. AND… goals are not limited to things like getting a promotion or your dream car or finishing a project as Goals aren’t something tangible. Your goal for the day can be as simple as being more grateful today or not talking about people behind their back etc.

5  Make Time For Exercise

Is it possible to workout in a busy routine?  Yes, but challenging exercises are not possible because they require rest and heavy nutrition.  In the initial stages you can start small exercises.  Once your body gets used to it, after that you can gradually increase the intensity and exercise more well.

If you have been trying to do some exercise for a few years, then it is possible that some of them you like and some dislike.  Choose a workout that matches your lifestyle.  At least do that exercise without forgetting.  The reason behind doing your favorite exercise is that it will make it more likely that you will do it regularly.

6   Understand Your Weakness


   Every weakness contains within itself a                                    strength

Weakness is nothing to be ashamed of. But strength is no reason for pride, either.

Each of us has unique strengths and weaknesses that compose who we are. But even if you already know your why, knowing your strengths and weaknesses can help you shape how to reach your goals.

So rather than spinning your wheels trying to be good at everything, why not spend your time becoming great at one or two things?

7   Set Goals

Keep taking small steps towards your goal, but keep an eye on your goal to reach your goal, so that during this time you will continue to move towards your goal without getting distracted even during the difficulties.

When thinking about what it is that you want to achieve, be very specific and realistic.  According to studies, by setting some specific goals, you increase your chances of achieving them and by this you will get more happiness than usual.  Be as specific and detailed as possible, and keep in mind that you will need to break the big goals into smaller ones.

Are you doing well against temptation?  We all fall prey to a small temptation from time to time, but apparently, some people have more self-control than others.  Temptation is the desire for something that is usually not good or right for you. Often, the temptation urges you to fulfill your short-term desires without knowing what might happen next.  Unfortunately, temptations can be galat. Also, by giving in to temptation, you may feel dissatisfied, guilty or upset.  Learn to react to temptation and improve your self-control.

Always be a first-rate version of                                            yourself.

                        Be Your Own Hero

There are times in all of our lives, when we get frustrated with our life, we do not see any way at that time, we do not like that experience at all. We think or say that I think that I should be such a person  If you fight with formidable problems and conquer them and learn something from yourself, it is not so difficult that you all must have heard that as you think, you become that way as you experience your ideal to become like that.  Try to enjoy life, the joy of living will begin because what we experience is up to us and not on anyone else.

 You can also think that your life is a film and if you get a failure even if the hero of that film is a loser, then you should also play applause because if the hero is a hero, then you become your own hero.  

10  Develop The Ability To Act

To do any work, you should not see the burden of that work, you should see what benefit you can get if you do that work. It means that you see its positive aspect and not the negative aspect.  So if you are doing any work or are going to do it, then think well you can think how to make it easier, when you do this, then you do not have the ability to make your mind work for that work itself.  Will speak again and again.

                            Regrets

Regrets occur when there is a failure in doing a task or inadvertently making a mistake from us.  If we look at an infant, then we find that he constantly tries to stand up by holding a support to sit up again and again.  And while doing so, he learns to sit and get up.

 Even after failing to fall again and again, there is no slight wrinkle on his face.  He will not even know what is a regret.  We are talking about our own childhood period.  When we have not regretted being an infant, then what are we regretting being an adult.

 Mistakes are made by human beings, mistakes are made by humans and only humans learn a lesson from mistakes.  Only a sensible and mature person will call him who, once a mistake is made, makes such a determination in his mind that he will never be able to make the same mistake again.
