 Whatever the beliefs and thoughts you hold about yourself for a period of time, they start turning into reality. The same beliefs can make your life or mess up with your every day life. Thoughts and feelings combined have power to almost bring you whatever you want. It is some kind of manipulation or trick (whatever you call) to make your mind to make you achieve whatever you want.

There are three parts of mind conscious mind, unconscious mind, and subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind stores your beliefs and any thought that you think every day no matter what is that. If you constantly think about yourself that you are pretty brilliant in studies and then you’ll start noticing the massive improvements in your studies. If you start thinking about yourself like that you achieve everything you want and think about it everyday, slowly you’d start making goals and start searching about goals. Your subconscious mind will lead you to the place where you want it to be. Whatever you plant in the subconscious mind, you’ll start doing it as your regular habit. It is the subconscious mind that hold the key to our living.

You can't give away what you don't have

The law says, “You can't give what you don't have, you can't keep what you don't give, and you can't sustain what you don't receive.” For example, if you put a message out there in the world that I am not worthy of attracting something worthy, then the world will respond back in the same manner to that message.

Attraction is an ideology of happiness that encourages one to lead a happy life.  Attraction is the basis of getting material pleasures

 When we are attracted towards someone it simply means that we are eager to get something.  To whom that attraction is related depends on our personality and mental ideology.

Don't  identify yourself with what you        accomplish

We begin to identify with what other people think about us and what we call ourselves. Our interactions with other people influence how we see ourselves, and from them, we develop a sense of self. But this self that comes from others causes us suffering because it may not match who we really are. We may not like the identity that has developed around us; we may not like what we give to ourselves and what other people give to us; we may not like it when people disapprove of us—and it is very challenging to go through life without someone disapproving of us at some point. Even if we try hard to follow the rules and do right, someone out there is going to disapprove of us. The world might love us, but someone will still disapprove of us.

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve,

Science has proved that whenever we think something, some rays come out of our mind.  If you think positive then positive rays come out of your mind and if you think negative then negative rays come out.  These rays emanating from our brain, as we think, they attract things like magnets

If you want something with all your heart, then the whole universe gets ready to bring it to you.”

4 Be Open Minded



       A mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t                                        work if it  is not open

If you are open minded then new ideas will also give you new opportunities.  Actually, in order to do something new, it is necessary to have newness in the ideas and this will happen only when you respect the new ideas.  One advantage of this will be that you can keep up with the new generation in the coming time.  With this working style of yours, you will also get experience of working in different fields.  Many people are left behind in life just because they are not open minded and unable to prepare themselves to do something new and creative.

5  Reframe ideas


One example of reframing is redefining a problem as a challenge


 If you have thoughts like, 'This job is difficult' or 'I can't do this work', then the thoughts need to be reframed.  Work hard to achieve such a goal and think that you have the same talent as other people.  With this, your mind will also be active and you will be mentally ready to learn new things.  In this way by changing your thoughts you can become open minded.

See, to develop a positive attitude, you have to look at the aspects that you have achieved in life or you should not think about what you did not get.

 Not everything has to be positive.

 Like a glass is half full of water, now a person with negative vision will say that the glass is half empty and a person with positive vision will say that the glass is half full, in this way we can see positivity in all things.

 Like someone has a car, someone has a bike, the biker thinks why I don't have a car, while the biker should think that I have a bike, someone doesn't even have a bicycle and the cyclist should think that  I have, no one even has a bicycle, even a leg.

7 No one like being told what to do

      
  Don't go through life, grow through life

This world is full of people who don't care what you do, or what they want?  No matter how hard you try, they will not like you.Although this world is also full of people who do not judge you for everything, they love you unconditionally.  Such people are your ownDon't waste your time and energy trying to persuade people who are not your own people.

 Such people will completely misunderstand your initiative and will not consider what you are offeringDon't try to persuade them to follow your path because by doing so you will only waste your time and emotional health.

8.  There are no justified resentments

                         Resentment

Resentment is never silly. You feel how you feel. What you need to do is to try to find a way to release or get over that resentment. Did someone wrong you and you need to have a conversation with that person? Are you jealous of someone who maybe has something that you want but don’t yet have? Resentment is just a way of you knowing that you’re unhappy about something. Everyone is entitled to their feelings. Don’t let the resentment hold you back though.

It’s okay to be fearful of unfamiliar surroundings. It’s a normal reaction. We all have that tiny fear.

You may be hypersensitive which could mean you have acute spidey senses that will protect you from harm as long as you listen to them. I went through my entire childhood and part of my adult life looking over my shoulder wondering when the next unpleasant event was going to happen. The problem with that is, when you think negative you attract more negative. You need to let go of the fear and just trust in your instincts to alert you if something is about to go wrong. Don’t wait for it. you’ll waste your life on nothing.

10  Don't die with your music still in you


         Don't die with the music still in you

It means dont just sit around and let life pass you by. Do something meaningful with your life. Volunteer work, even just smiling at people while taking a walk is meaningful. Explore the world around you. Breathe it in and enjoy every second of it. If all you do is sit around in a slump and do nothing but take up space you might as well be already dead.
