It,s Time To Change Now

To be satisfied with life you have to change and adapt yourself to the changes.  good news?  No one else can do this for you but you yourself.  The first step is always the hardest, but with determination and the right mindset, you can conquer almost everything.  You may know how things are in the present, but what is hidden in the future may (and will be) completely different.

This Is How You Can Become Happy

1 Be In Charge Of Your Thoughts

Expand your vision and widen your                                                            reasoning

Thoughts are the enemy, friend, relative or fate of man.  A man whose thoughts are favorable to him finds all kinds of people, situations and fates favourable.  When thoughts are corrupted, the environment becomes polluted and friend becomes enemy and success becomes failure.

It is not so easy to adapt thoughts. Thoughts are gradually controlled.  All passionate thoughts make the mind weak.  Many people are very upset with their thoughts.  They want to get their bad thoughts out of their mind, but those thoughts get stronger and stronger.  In such a state, sometimes man has been seen to be neurotic.

This type of condition is the result of mental weakness.  This mental weakness arises from repeatedly allowing passionate thoughts to enter the mind.  By trying to keep the thoughts under control at all times, the will power of man becomes strong.

2  Do The Most Important work First

The greater your enthusiasm, the                             better your results will be

Every moment of time in life has great importance.  If we keep on wasting every moment of the past, then only waste will be there in the result.  Wealth, wealth, honor can be found after losing everything, but the time elapsed can never be recovered.  Therefore, leaving the tendency to postpone work every moment, there is a benefit in doing today's work instead of postponing it for tomorrow.

The working man is always punctual, due to which he prepares for the future by living in the present.  On the contrary, a lazy person is only engaged in dreaming and eating laddus of his mind.  His entire present is spent only in thinking.  There are many people who talk about being punctual from yesterday and spend today only in procrastination, so today becomes tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.

3  Live In The Present Moment

NOW — The Most Precious Thing

While living in the present, we are engrossed in the flames of the past or the fears of the future.  When our mind is filled with fear of past chats, hurtful memories and worries to come, it makes our lives stressful.

If we analyze the causes of our problems and stress, then you will be surprised to know that 90% of our stress is due to analysis of our past or planning for the future.  In simple words, it means that we are not worried about the present and the cause of our stress is either a past event or about the time to come.

4  Pick The Two Priorities A Day

                 Action expresses priorities.

Sometimes it seems that the whole world is falling apart.  Work and school chores pile up, household chores and responsibilities, promises to friends and family—some days there just isn't enough time.  Learning to set priorities effectively can help you become a more efficient worker, save time and energy, and reduce stress.  Learn how to divide your tasks into different categories and difficulty levels and start tackling them like a pro.

Choose the time frame for your list: Are you going to have a particularly busy week ahead?  Some very busy days?  Perhaps you are going crazy thinking about the tasks to be completed by the end of the year.  Whatever the type of your commitment, choose a time frame on your list of priorities, this will help you manage those priorities better and turn your stress into meaningful action.

5  Set Your Goals High

               Dream enormously big

Decide what you want to achieve: Don't think about what other people want you to do.  Make your goals just for yourself. According to studies, when your goals are personally meaningful, your chances of achieving them also increase.

This is the most difficult phase in the process of setting goals and achieving them.  what do you want?  The answer to this is a combination of your internal and external motivations.  Find a goal that brings balance to your life -- create goals that bring joy and benefit to you and those around you.

Ask yourself some questions, such as "What do I want to give to my family/community/world?"  or "How do I want to proceed?'  These questions will help you determine the direction of your goal.

It doesn't matter if your views are too broad for the time being.  You can also narrow these down later.

6.  Lean Into Change

                Done is better than perfect

Connecting strategy to delivery has been the cornerstone of Planview in some form or another for decades.  In the simplest of terms, not just getting work done, but, more importantly, getting the right work done has been at the center of what our customers strive to accomplish every day.  This is especially important with today's environment – the changing world of work.

For many years Project Portfolio Management (PPM) has been the solution for this challenge, and it continues to be a critical discipline in almost every organization.

7  Beat Your Fear With Anchor Thoughts

Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only                                             to be  understood

Let go of what has happened in the past, drop your thoughts of the future.  Today is the first day of the rest of your life and deserves special significance.  Focus on the present and make the most of it.  Think that tomorrow does not exist, that today is an opportunity to give everything.  If you are anchored in fear and doubt, this day will be a lost day.

You are responsible for the life you have, so don't be a victim.  If you don't trust the process, you won't get where you want.  Starting something new can be intimidating, as we often want to run out of time.  We are not realistic, we do not see the work that will take us, the effort we are going to put in.  Our hopes turn against us when we start.

8  Choose What You Would Love To Do

Believe in yourself, listen to your gut, and do                                 what you love

Often, our truest passions emerge in childhood, only to be squelched by real life pressures.  So think about what you loved long before you had to worry about your career.  Writing?  Science experiments?  Taking care of people?  Getting back in touch with those instincts is an important step in finding your passion.

If money were no object, what would you do? Would you travel? Spend all of your time with your children? Would you start a charitable organization to help abused women? Of course money can’t be ignored, but don’t let financial pressures dictate your choices. Your career should ultimately lead to financial security, but if financial security is the defining motivator, it’s unlikely you’ll end up doing what you love.

9   Break The Habit Of Hesitation

                          Habit Of Hesitation

If there is shyness and hesitation in talking with people, then there is only one way to overcome it.  Always remember that people are also like us, no one tries to bite and eat us.  Calm down with people and talk about their interests.  And most importantly, this often happens with people who are inside the house all the time.  Get out of the house, meet as many people as possible.  The habit of shyness and hesitation can be overcome with gradual practice.

First of all, you should know why this happens because most of your time is spent in a lonely life and you have been controlled by someone or something, to overcome this problem, you have to take one or two in the beginning.  You should practice talking to a person, after that you will be able to talk collectively as well and your hesitation will go away, your personality will develop, if along with this you do a little practice of meditation, then your personality will develop well.

10  Help Others

Selfless giving is the art of living

The purpose of human life is to help others with our mind, word and body.  It has always been observed that people who help others, they have less stress, feel peace of mind and enjoyment.  They feel more connected to their souls, and their lives are contented.  Whereas competition puts stress on oneself and others.

The occult science behind this is that when one uses his mind, speech and body for the service of others, then he gets everything.  He never lacks worldly comforts.  Religion begins with oblivious nature.  When you do something for others, the very moment happiness begins.
