*Rethink The Way We Work & Live* This week because of Diwali, had a long holidays which gave me time to reflect on the Year gone by, since the onset of ongoing crisis. Lot has changed and we keep talking about New Normal Emerging. On the Work Front, there is a Great Reshuffle happening. Work From Home became accepted way of Working and as the crisis subsides, there is a big debate going on the New Hybrid Working Model. Whereas on the one side companies are looking at calling employees back to office, there is a resistance from many which is forcing companies to have a relook at their plans. We used to Live Where we Worked, this is changing now to great extent. We are now trying to Work Where We Live. I believe the Emerging Opportunities are creating lot of Possibilities, giving us a once in lifetime chance to Rethink the Way We Work & Live.

                            Work From Home
Right now, all companies, all CEOs, are rethinking the way their company works. They’re rethinking their culture. They’re rethinking their values and about what it means to work at their company. And on the other hand, we have workers globally who are rethinking not just how they work, but why they work and what they most want to do with their work and lives. No one knows what the next year or two is going to look like. What we have learnt over time is that the key to all of this is to trust each other and be  flexible. I keep saying World is now becoming One Marketplace for Work Seekers and Work Providers. How We Work? For Whom We Work? Where We Work? Why We Work? These are the questions we are asking ourselves while We Rethink the Way We Work.

                                    Global Market
Ongoing crisis forced many of us to spend more time with our families because of lockdowns. It opened our eyes and mind to a better way to conduct work and go about our Lives. The crisis revealed a vast array of technology that was shockingly underutilized in retrospect. We are instinctively holding on to the efficiency improvements - ie doing meetings over Google Meet/Zoom that were normally be held in person or working from home when a commute adds nothing. Many of us have achieved a new level of autonomy that we can't unsee. Our love for our family won't allow us to go back to the way things were. Life is too short to squander our time over pointless facetime exercises to placate others stuck in their ways. Rethink the Way We Live. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara.
