 Why are some people afraid of change in their lives?

 We are afraid of change in life because we get so caught up in the rules of our day that any change in it starts feeling difficult.

 We do not know that by repeating the same actions every day, we are reducing the excitement of our mind, and because of this our inner power is getting weaker.

 With the right use of this stimulus, wisdom can also arise, but we give up only after thinking hard.  In such a situation, our mental development also slows down, or the mind is looking for such an opportunity when someone forces them to work.

 I think if we go by whatever rules in our day we should add two things to it

 1.  Whatever we are doing, we should feel the same pleasure in it, that is, as much pleasure in bathing as if we wash some of our clothes.  Pleasure at work in the office and enjoyment in time with family by coming back.

 2.  We should also meditate on God in the night before going to sleep, if we sleep with the meditation of God, then in the morning we can become conscious.

Start eating low-salt whole foods or whole grain breads.  Limit the use of excess saturated fats, such as butter and cream cheese, for sandwiches;  Replace it with an alternative nut spread or reduced-fat cheese spread or avocado spread.  Choose low-fat ingredients such as low-fat cottage cheese or salad dressings.

Sometimes after searching and understanding several books on the same topic, one gets a good book which seems worth reading once or again.  And not just readable, there should be deep work on this.  Something must come in writing.  Some colorful knowledge picture should be made so that it can sit properly in the mind and a practical work can be done on it.  Its advantage will be that there is no need to open the book, if you want to see it, color pictures made by yourself are available.
