Take small action. if you have the fear of talking to  people ,try to do it ,even if it is just for a  short while. Seek help. Don't be afraid to ask for help .There are people that can help.

Write down your thoughts: Write down what you're overthinking about. This will help clarify your thoughts and help you better manage them.

Organize your tasks. Making a to-do list, setting priorities, and creating a work structure can help you reduce overthinking.

I personally believe that when you keep  yourself  busy with productive activities we surely feel good 

Worrying about what you cannot control  wastes energy & increases stress .Focus instead on what you can change your choices , actions & mindset. This creates  calm, clarity & real progress .


When my mind wants to bring in  negative thoughts I start working and digging in the garden.Millions of years we were working in nature ,It is not natural to sit alone at home , thinking, brooding , behind the scene, typewriting  on a plastic keyboard .We are so disconnected from GOD'S creation and nature

Think less-think what's next .....not for your entire life .....observe thoughts and  note it....you are  not the thoughts ... thoughts will come and go.... focus  on one thing. watch only learning videos.... learn new things ....do new things.... enjoy  nature, friend and family.... travel ...food 

I often tell myself this: Now I am X. And X should be studying right now. Taking a walk in the woods. Or doing the dishes. This simple reminder helps my mind to stop wandering and brings my focus back to what is happening in this moment.

Eliminate all distractions—such as TV, constant chatting with friends, video games, or mobile notifications. Turn them off for a while. When you're working on your most important goal, it's important to shut out others. Focus solely on the task you want to accomplish.

We suffer more in our imagination than in reality Overthinking can be a difficult habit to break because we can't stop thinking and this, for some reason, leads to overthinking.

You are lying to yourself, convincing yourself that you are right, that you understand more than you do, and this is leading to unhappiness, because it is a dead end, a non-fulfilling dead end.

By improving your relationship with mistakes. Shift your perspective on mistakes. They are absolutely essential to learn. ‘It's not the fall that matters. It's the landing.’

We are overthinking something that has happened in the past, we are usually trying to figure out why something happened or why someone did something; Or we are judging someone or a situation, or we are spending time being angry with someone or something.     1. Sometimes excessive thoughts are caused by fear, guilt, or failure in love or business. Low self-esteem, unemployment, illness, a critical issue, or humiliation can also trigger excessive thoughts. This world is a home to problems; both problems and thoughts will exist here.

      Don't be afraid of thoughts. Thoughts don't calm down instantly. Trying to calm them down only makes them grow stronger. Thoughts can be controlled gradually. By giving up trying to control the mind and focusing on something good, thoughts will diminish.

I started Journaling and I haven't been very consistent with it because I'm used to suppress my feelings ,and facing them to write it very uncomfortable. for me, but lately I have noticed that as I'm writing my mind automatically gets clearer about how I am feeling and why, it's like magic ,I can find the relationships between things that happened my feelings and my thoughts and I can easily process them and the best part is that when I realize (as I'm writing ) suddenly I 'm not upset anymore,I don't have any racing including thoughts and my mind is crystal clear and calmed.
