How to Stay Positive in Difficult Times

 I'm not a psychologist , but our mind are prone to confirmation bias,I feel , through my experience .I could be wrong ,but I feel when  we are in a negative space ,we start reviewing  negative experiences  in our heads and reading negativity in everything.What is funny is, when we are in good mood ,even negative things appear to be  inconsequential  and we laugh them off.

Your focus=Your reality . Reframing positivity and practicing gratitude changes the default setting to a more positive one over time.

By nature , people tend to think negatively ,So you have to work  deliberately harder if you quest  positivity and satisfaction 

I find that if you have a rhythm in your life , have enough energy ,and write down your feelings ,it will give you more positivity 


Accepting the Situation Without Losing Hope

At 44 years old I learned that you have to be  more accepting of life's  imperfections . Because life is imperfect .You don't get marry all at the same time . You don't  get to finish studies at the same time.So we should be thankful of what we have and stop looking at what others have and you don't have  because you will never be happy . Instead have a grateful  heart....Be thankful everyday.Just be happy in things that you think you can be happy at.

Just continue making mistakes .You are never too old for that .Smile more.If it's your teeth that's needs fixing for you to smile more then fix it.

This world is relationship of business .You are acknowledged and valued to the extent of how you can serve others.Beyond that anyone can careless 

We cannot  change the way things happen ,but  we can change the way we react to them.

The victim mindset only prolongs your pain and suffering and keeps you stuck . It might be a constant state of existence  where you  keep seeing  yourself as a victim to whom only bad things happen.


The Power of Positive Thinking and Self-Talk

Positive self talk is like planting  seeds of confidence  and resilience in your mind .Keep believing in yourself and your abilities and eventually ,those winds of success will come  blowing your way . Keep up the positive vibes.

Resilience and discipline make the universe bend in favour .It will take decades.dig in.

I need to get myself away from people that further enable the negativity..I want to be around  more people with a positive and happy disposition  rather than doom and gloom.

Positivity is crucial  because it shapes how we approach challenges, influences. our mindset and impacts  our overall well-being.A positive  attitude helps us stay resilient., overcome obstacles ,and attract opportunities., creating a ripple effect of  success and happiness in both personal and professional life.
