With discipline success is guaranteed
If you had the choice between being sad or happy, which would you choose? Fortunately, every person has enough understanding of their own life to know that the life within them wants to be happy. So the question is — when this life wants to be happy, why isn't that happening? There is just one reason for this — the energies of your life are simply not working the way you want them to.
If you truly want a life that brings you happiness, you have to learn to make the right use of time in your life — because time is the most precious thing we have. Once it passes, it never comes back, and whoever has made their time meaningful has made their life meaningful too.
Imagine this — you have everything: wealth, fame, every luxury and comfort you could want, a magnificent mansion, an expensive car, servants, and every luxury the world has to offer. But a strange restlessness and emptiness keeps eating away at you from within, and at night, you lie down in bed, yet sleep just won't come.
Happiness is not a destination, it's a habit. In my view, a happy person is not the one whose every desire is fulfilled, but the one who no longer needs desires at all. Happiness isn't found outside — it lives in your thoughts and your perspective. Learn to be happy, because the responsibility for your happiness is yours alone, no one else's.
Nowadays, most people chase others' approval for their own happiness. But in my opinion, true happiness comes when we do what we truly love. For instance, my parents wanted me to become a doctor, but I chose to pursue Mass Communication instead, following my own passion. Today, I am a blogger, and I keep improving day by day.
If you create stress, whether in your body or in your mind, then you don't need any other enemy — slowly, you will start working against yourself. And this isn't just in terms of physical health, but in many ways.
Understand this: your own life energy will turn against you. You are not only inviting health problems, but also inviting many troubles from the world. Because whatever energy you resonate with, similar situations come your way, similar people get attracted to you, and ultimately, you get similar results in life.
Many people feel sad because they constantly compare themselves to others. They have all the luxury, but their attention gets stuck on that one thing they lack. It is this very dissatisfaction that makes a person feel unhappy.
Let's take your thinking somewhere else — a place where you'll be forced to look at yourself and the entire universe from a different perspective. And this isn't just imagination, but the thinking of a man who changed the way we think itself. Inspired by Einstein's ideas, we can say: the things we consider solid — like walls, mountains, our own bodies — are all just vibrating energy.
Everything is energy — the thoughts and emotions in your mind, everything is energy. This energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it can only be changed from one form to another. We can only transform that thing and give it the right direction, which already exists. You are not just a body — you are part of that universe where everything is vibrating energy.
Just as I once watched a video of Shahrukh Khan where he said that he gives himself affirmations multiple times a day and says 'I am the best' — he only thinks and speaks positively about himself. Similarly, Bruce Lee once said that you shouldn't speak negatively about yourself even as a joke, because your words have power
People don't understand the value of time — that's a huge problem. They understand the value of money; people ruin their entire day just to save a little bit of money, but they don't realize the value of that day.
In this world, time is the one asset that everyone gets equally — neither does a rich person get 25 hours, nor does a poor person get 23 hours. Everyone in the world gets exactly 24 hours. The only difference is that some people invest these hours in the right things, while others completely waste these very same hours.
Now take the example of India's great scientist Abdul Kalam. In his childhood, he had no money, and he used to distribute newspapers. Even so, he would make time for his studies, he never wasted his time at all, and later he became a scientist
The great philosopher Osho shares a beautiful thought — that man is so weak that he cannot even follow a single habit for three months. But if he manages to follow just one good habit for three months, his entire life will transform.
We all want to achieve success in life, but we aren't able to firmly build the discipline and the right habits that success requires. Many people make resolutions for several good habits right at the start of the year, but by the time February arrives, 90% of people fail to stick to these habits
Take the example of famous actor Akshay Kumar when it comes to habits — he is highly conscious about his fitness, wakes up at 4 AM, goes running, hits the gym, and even keeps strict control over his diet. He is 58 years old, yet he remains a source of inspiration for the youth

As long as you keep holding on to your past, you will remain distant from the happiness that awaits you. Whatever is gone, let it go — because a new beginning is always waiting for you. Learn from the past, but don't stop living for the future
We hold on to the past as if it were some treasure, but the truth is, it's just a story that has already ended. Every time we relive old pain, we lose today's happiness. Let go, move on — only then can something new come in. Don't ruin your today by dwelling on old memories. Only when we let go of the past can we create something new in life.
My mother is also a living example of this. In her younger years, certain circumstances forced her to give up her studies, which used to make her quite sad. But my father told her — let go of what you couldn't do. She had a passion for tailoring, so my father helped her set up a boutique. Today, she makes beautiful dresses and her boutique is doing quite well. If she had kept holding on to the past, this new journey would never have begun
Every time we wake up with the first ray of the sun, so many things start swirling in our mind — today's work, people's expectations, what to post on social media, who to reply to, what's going to happen at office. All of this together creates such a mess in our mind that it becomes completely disorganized/chaotic.
We all have limited energy. Our mind wants quick happiness, so it gravitates toward simple things that give instant pleasure — like gossiping, mindlessly scrolling through videos on our phones, and countless other trivial distractions. But when it comes to the task that actually requires our energy and focus, we're unable to concentrate on it — because long-term success demands real focus and energy, which we've already spent elsewhere.
Take, for example, India's great batsman Sachin Tendulkar. Since childhood, his goal was to become a cricketer. He faced many obstacles throughout his life, but he remained completely focused on his goal. He went on to break numerous records in his career, and today, his name is spoken with immense respect across the cricketing world.
A person who lives with a purpose truly lives a meaningful life. Just as every individual's fingerprints are unique, so too is their purpose. I believe that God has sent me into this world for some special reason as well. Since I've come into this world, I intend to leave behind a mark before I go.
Every day, ask yourself honestly — am I a better person today than I was yesterday? I believe we are born to learn, and we are born to become better. Keep learning, keep going. Every night, ask yourself — did I learn something today? Did I become a little better? In life, we must refine our soul through our work, and stay devoted to our purpose
Swami Vivekananda also spoke profoundly about the purpose of life. He believed a human being's purpose is not merely to chase wealth and status. According to him, a spark of the Divine resides within every one of us. Through meditation, he taught, we can connect with that Divine presence — and in doing so, awaken to the true power of our own soul.

If you want real happiness in life, you should build good habits. Now you have to decide which habits to build so that you find happiness in life. If your habits are good, the results will naturally be good too, and your personality will also improve.
The first step to being happy is to accept yourself, and improve upon who you are. Every person is aware of their own shortcomings — work on those shortcomings. Love yourself. Remember, if you love yourself, the world will love you too. Become your best version.
There were many shortcomings in my life too, and I worked on them. For fitness, I started exercising and built a habit of eating healthy food — now I don't eat junk food. And to improve my writing skills, I write every day, and I also study quite a lot for that. This work of mine will continue for quite a while, but I am happy in my life."
If we work hard while staying happy, the results will also be better, because effort made with a joyful mind is filled with energy, patience, and self-confidence. So start being happy from today itself, and move toward your goal with your whole heart.
A person who lives to impress others never takes the time to improve himself — his whole life passes by in that pursuit, and he never truly grows. We spend our lives buying clothes, possessions, houses, and cars, yet there is one thing we almost never invest in: understanding. To truly know ourselves and the world around us, we must turn to spirituality.
"I too once sought validation from others, but then I joined a spiritual organization called Brahma Kumaris. I discovered my true self and worked on myself. Now I am successful in both my personal and professional life.
If you think happiness comes only from money, success, or a perfect life, then perhaps no one has ever told you the real meaning of happiness — because there are millions of people in the world who have everything. Yet at night, alone, they feel stress, emptiness, and anxiety
Happiness is an internal power and an internal quality. The measure of happiness is different for everyone — someone doesn't find happiness even in a big car, while someone else becomes happy even with a small cycle. In my understanding, a happy person is one who doesn't have to depend on others for their happiness — the person who is content with whatever they have, that person is truly happy."

ReplyDeleteMost importantly, never be afraid to fail, every mistake teaches, every challenge presents an opportunity, and persistence is often the difference between giving up and achieving your dreams
Yes, I agree with you, not every criticism is bad — many times it gives us a chance to improve. Accept the right thing, and ignore the wrong thing and move forward.
DeleteHappiness cannot be bought, and it is not a milestone to be reached by accumulating money, houses, or success. It is a matter of mindset, habit, and managing your own energies.
ReplyDeleteNo use beating around the bush: if you keep accumulating stress and living to chase others' approval, you are only working against yourself. Time passes and never comes back, and it is the most precious resource we have.
Either you take responsibility for your life and your peace of mind right now, or you will continue to feel an emptiness inside even if you come to possess all the luxury in the world. The responsibility is yours alone, no one else's. Everything else is just excuses.
Yes, I completely agree with your point. Happiness cannot be bought with any luxurious item — it's a mindset. Finding happiness depends on your inner self. Most people, chasing external social approval, let go of their own happiness. They end up doing whatever society expects of them, and in that process, they suppress their own creativity.

I will choose happiness over sadness because happiness is the living food that nourishes both the body and the soul.It gives us the strength to face each day,the courage to overcome challenges, and the hope to keep moving forward.
ReplyDeleteSadness may visit us from time to time ,but it should never become our permanent home
Every new day is an opportunity to smile,to be grateful and to appreciate the gift of life.
Choose happiness, it brings peace to the heart, clarity to the mind, and light to the spirit.A happy heart not only transforms your own life but also inspire and uplifts those around you.

Yes, I agree with your point — happiness is a person's own choice. A person can stay happy even in the toughest of circumstances. On the other hand, someone may have all the luxuries in the world and still not be happy. Some people get scared by even the smallest difficulties, while another person may face the biggest problems and still not get scared."
DeleteA thoughtful reflection, Ritika. I especially liked the idea that happiness is not something we reach after achieving everything, but something we build through our habits, choices and the way we use our time. The part about letting go of external approval also feels very relevant today.

5. Ditching bad habits...

A beautiful reminder. I would only add that happiness and contentment are not the same as complacency. We can remain grateful for what we have while still striving to become better. When our joy comes from within rather than from possessions or the approval of others, success becomes something we enjoy—not something we depend on. That's a much more sustainable kind of happiness.

Yes, happiness depends on our mindset. If we accept ourselves, recognize our shortcomings, and work on them, we will need less external validation and can feel happier. Happiness is a choice. If we develop good habits, our lives will surely be more beautiful.

DeleteVery nicely explained about the life.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the best blog
Thanks for the appreciation bless you
DeleteA thoughtful reflection.
ReplyDeleteFrom a LUOS perspective, I think the question isn't simply, "Would you choose happiness?" Most of us would. The deeper question is, "Does your nervous system believe it's safe to experience it?"
Many people genuinely want joy, yet their body has spent years rehearsing vigilance, stress, or survival. Happiness isn't absent because they don't deserve it. Sometimes it's because their physiology has become more familiar with protection than with peace.
I also believe happiness isn't a permanent destination. Like every emotion, it comes and goes. What tends to endure is something deeper: a sense of meaning, connection, and inner safety.
Perhaps the goal isn't to chase happiness.
It's to create the conditions where peace, purpose, gratitude, and moments of joy can naturally arise. When the body no longer has to spend all its energy surviving, it finally has room to live.
🙏🏻💜🙏🏾
Yes, I completely agree with you. Happiness is not a destination; it is present in every moment. It depends on how we choose to perceive life. One person may see a situation as difficult, while another approaches the same situation with ease and finds joy in it. Happiness is an emotion that is shaped by a person's own understanding, perspective, and mindset.
DeleteHi,If is this your project ? So you must follow your way.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have complete faith in my vision, and I work toward my goal every single day. I believe that consistent effort and dedication will eventually turn my vision into reality.
DeleteYour way is very important Stephen by step, you will go to start the best things,I wish you the best !
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yes, I am taking one step every day toward my goal. I believe that consistent progress, no matter how small, will eventually lead me to success.
DeleteAn excellent read with a powerful message. Setting healthy boundaries isn’t about pushing people away it’s about protecting your time, energy, and well-being while fostering healthier, more respectful relationships. When we communicate our limits with clarity and kindness, we create space for personal growth and stronger connections. Thank you for sharing these valuable insights!
ReplyDelete"Yes, we should set healthy boundaries. We should avoid people who constantly drain our energy. We should move towards positivity, and we should build relationships with people who help us become the best version of ourselves.
DeleteYou should live your life your own way. You don't need anyone's approval. Happiness is a choice. If you don't respect your feelings then nobody will do it for you. When you start taking care of yourself, you start feeling better.
ReplyDeleteGreat message for everyone 👍
Yes, every person must first learn to accept themselves. Instead of focusing only on their flaws, they should work on improving them while also appreciating their strengths. It is important to continuously develop your skills so that you don't depend on external validation or approval. Your goal should be to become the best version of yourself and share your unique talents and value with the world.
DeleteA thoughtful reminder that setting boundaries is not about pushing people away. It is about protecting your time, energy, and well-being so you can show up as your best self.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this perspective.
Yes, we need to set boundaries in our lives so that we can protect our energy from negative people and unnecessary distractions. Every person has a limited amount of energy. If we spend our time and energy on the wrong people or unimportant things, we won't have enough left for the work and goals that truly matter. Setting healthy boundaries allows us to focus on what adds value to our lives and helps us become the best version of ourselves.
Deletethis is a beautifully written reflection , thoughtful, sincere & full of wisdom. Happiness Begins Within
ReplyDeleteEvery person naturally wants happiness, yet struggles because their inner energies aren’t aligned.
Happiness isn’t found in wealth, luxury, or external achievements.
True happiness comes from your mindset, your thoughts & your perspective.
A happy person isn’t one who fulfills every desire, but one who no longer needs desires.
2. Your Mindset Shapes Your Life
Stress & negative thinking turn your own energy against you.
You attract situations & people that match your inner state.
Comparison creates dissatisfaction, focusing on what you lack makes you unhappy even when you have plenty.
3. Everything Is Energy
Inspired by Einstein’s ideas: everything in the universe is vibrating energy, including your thoughts & emotions.
You can’t destroy energy, only redirect it, meaning you can reshape your inner world.
Positive self-talk matters; your words influence your energy.
4. Time Is Your Most Valuable Asset
Time is equal for everyone, 24 hours.
People value money more than time, but time is what truly shapes your life.
Those who invest time wisely create meaningful lives.
Examples: A.P.J. Abdul Kalam used his limited time with discipline & purpose.
5. Build Habits That Support Happiness
Osho’s idea: even one good habit practiced for three months can transform your life.
Most people fail because they lack discipline & consistency.
Example: Akshay Kumar’s strict routine keeps him healthy & focused even at 58.
6. Let Go of What Drains Your Peace
Holding onto the past blocks new beginnings.
Reliving old pain destroys today’s happiness.
Example: Your mother let go of past regrets, embraced her passion & built a successful boutique.
Instant pleasures steal focus from long-term goals.
Example: Sachin Tendulkar stayed focused on his purpose & became a legend.
8. Purpose Creates Meaning
Every person has a unique purpose, like a fingerprint.
Ask yourself daily: Am I better than yesterday?
Growth, learning & self-improvement give life meaning.
Purposeful living refines your soul & leaves a mark on the world.
Happiness is not something you find, it’s something you create through your thoughts, your habits, your use of time & your willingness to let go of what no longer serves you. A meaningful life comes from purpose, discipline & inner alignment.
Yes, I agree with you. Happiness doesn't depend on external things, it doesn't depend on expensive things, it doesn't depend on external validation. Happiness is an emotion that comes from self-awareness and loving oneself. For true happiness, we should adopt good habits and connect with the Supreme Power through meditation, which keeps the mind calm
DeleteTrue happiness isn’t measured by wealth or material possessions. It’s found in living with purpose, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, nurturing meaningful relationships, and continuously growing as a person. Success is not just about what we own—it’s about who we become, the lives we impact, and the peace we feel at the end of each day. Real growth comes from balancing ambition with well-being and appreciating the journey, not just the destination.
