 But the most important thing is that you can enjoy all these situations only when you put your mind in the present.

 When your mind is in the present, you will be able to fully enjoy all that happens around you, such as natural events, your own mental stress.  So you will also be able to understand all the states of mind and you will also be able to be happy.  And your life will start proving to be meaningful.

Ways to Practice Self-Love and Be Good to Yourself

1 Practice Gratitude


         I am happy because I’m grateful

Gratitude is a very important attribute of life, to make our existence even more visible.  It establishes a social harmony and creates an environment where everyone encourages and helps each other.

 It also improves the quality of our personal lives and strengthens our bonds with family and friends.  In a family where everyone is grateful to everyone, there is a deep emotional attachment.

 Gratitude is the best way to return the favor to society, nature, God, friends, relatives and thousands of good deeds.

2  Believe in your infinite potential.


Anything is possible once we believe and                     never relinquish hope

It's often hard to believe in yourself, especially when you feel like you have nothing to offer or are worthless.  But you are capable and capable.  If you're having trouble seeing amazing things about yourself, there are some simple things you can do to start believing in yourself.  You can remember things you've accomplished and set goals, you can make new friends and look for opportunities to use your skills, or you can build your confidence by taking more care of yourself.  
Writing a list of your achievements will help you begin to believe in yourself.  Sit comfortably and make a list of all the things in which you excelled at some point in your life.  Incorporate the smallest of things, such as your selection on the school team, or hosting a party for a friend or family member.

3  Stop Repeating Mistakes

Exit the race to get back to your previous level as fast as possible, the long jump will break your legs and frustrate you.  Just go fast with pride, let the goals await you.

 Appreciate your past achievements, remember the memories, realize that your life is not over yet, that you are capable of trying, and believe that if you have fallen, you will be able to get back up and to all good things.  Able to be thankful to God.  near you.

 In tough times, connect with yourself, be your best friend, don't look out, don't care about people and their thoughts and opinions, know yourself, admire your existence and say to yourself, "I am who I am."  I am the master of my life, and it's no one else's business."

4    Daily Meditation


             Brilliant things happen in calm                                                                   minds.                  
Meditation helps to create coordination and harmony between body and mind.  Meditation has a positive effect on the mind and body and you become more focused and focused than before.  It also helps in getting rid of negative thoughts that cause stress and depression.  Meditation has many benefits for your mind and body.

Meditation helps to satisfy and calm your mind.  This ends your craving for unhealthy foods.  Gradually your mind starts shifting away from unhealthy food.

Not only stress, but it is also possible to treat diseases like back pain, paralysis, muscle strain, diabetes and asthma.  *The power of meditation proves to be important to enhance memory, focus the mind, increase self-confidence and cope with the pressures of today's competitive environment.

5  Go Within Yourself


             I am who I am; no more, no less

There are many things to know in this world.  There are many fields of learning, there are infinite paths to discover, to obtain information.  There are many sciences, for which it is the natural instinct of man to get a lot of information.  Why?  how?  Where?  When?  He throws questions in every field.  It is because of this curiosity that man has become so rich and resourceful till now.  Truly, knowledge is the beacon of life.

 Among the many objects of information, "your knowledge" is paramount.  We know or try to know many things externally but forget that what we are ourselves?  Without attaining your knowledge, the course of life becomes very erratic, uncertain and thorny.  Due to lack of knowledge of his true nature, man thinks unthinkable things and acts not worth doing.  There is only one highway to true happiness and peace and that is "self-knowledge".

7  Taking Good Care Of Yourself

If you want that you do not have any kind of disease, then first of all you have to keep your mind good, then only you will be able to keep yourself healthy and cool.  When the new year comes, we make some new planning that how we have to fulfill the goals of our life and we start taking the same resolution that whatever we have to do for it to keep ourselves healthy.  It is not necessary that you go to the gym to stay healthy.  You can also take care of your fitness by staying at your home, just do not consume some wrong things at all, like smoking or alcohol because its consumption can make any person sick.  You can keep yourself healthy in this way-

 1. wake up early

 2. Eat a Balanced Diet

 3. Don't stress

 4. Exercise

 5. Get enough sleep

 6. Drink more water

 7. bathe daily

 8. Be Positive


8  Taking Responsibility Of Your Life
                                            

             The price of greatness is                                              responsibility.

If you keep defending yourself for the mistake made in any work, then you will never be able to improve it.  Only fulfilling your responsibility fully and well makes you a free citizen.

 What do you want to be in life?  What do you want to do?  Is it your decision, how can someone else be responsible for it.  If you try with full responsibility then you can make your dreams come true.

 A person who understands his responsibility, works by accumulating all his energy.  This is the truth.  People also help those who work with full responsibility and admit their mistakes.

9  Keep Your Vibrations High


   Deep at the center of my being there is                  an infinite well of love

Positive thinking not only infuses energy inside you but also makes you a better person.  Therefore, efforts should be made to increase positive thinking.  Without positive thinking, the development of leadership ability is not possible within the person.  Positive thinking can be developed in a psychological way.  
It is hardly possible to develop self-confidence and awareness without positive thinking. The best way to escape from a task is probably that we only make it worse by complaining about anything or the environment.  Whereas in reality how you look at something matters more.  So instead of complaining about the environment around you, try to take it in a positive way.

10  Invest in yourself


    The best gift you can give to yourself is                       to invest in yourself.

Invest in the areas that contribute to your larger mission. It varies for each person where that investment must take place, and that’s why an important exercise is to determine where you want to go. For me the three areas that I am investing in are community building, high-level consistency, and professional skill development. I try to fit all of the action items that I pursue on a daily basis into one of those three categories.
