The Power Of Visualisation

What if I say that every thought you have, your behavior, and every imagination can change your life? Yes, the power of your thoughts can open new doors in your life. This is what we call the power of visualization. Think deeply about your dreams and write them down, then see the magic happen. The way you think and the way you feel can gradually shape your life. For the power of visualization, you need to give your thoughts enough strength to guide you towards making them a reality. The power of  visualization is amazing. When you imagine your goal with strong emotions and feelings, it motivates your mind to take steps towards achieving it. How does visualization work in our lives?                 Visualize it, Believe it, Achieve it If you want to reach your goal, you must first see yourself achieving it in your mind before you actually reach it in reality. If you don’t see yourself as a winner, you cannot perform like a winner either. Visua...

Behind Every Successful Woman is Herself- A Story of Self-Belief & Strength

Friends, the woman who wins every battle isn't the cleverest one. Some women answer every taunt, while others turn the tables with just a smile. The question is: what do you want to become?

Problems keep coming in life, but with logical thinking, you can fix them to a certain extent. Every woman should always stay busy, keep working despite all difficulties, avoid becoming too emotional, and keep working on her mistakes by accepting them — this is how you'll be able to stand in society as a strong woman.

Believe in Yourself Before Anyone Else

                                                                                             Own Your Worth

A woman's greatest strength is not her beauty, but her self-respect. A woman who learns to respect herself, the world too begins to respect her. So never compromise on your identity and self-respect.

In today's world, people are more drawn to women who are financially independent. Financial independence is something that cannot be compromised on. It is so important for women that it simply cannot be ignored. This doesn't just mean financial independence — it also means emotional independence.

I too used to think of myself as weak. Some people used to tell me that I wouldn't be able to do anything, but slowly I started working on my weaknesses because I had realized that earning money is very important in life. I did a digital marketing course, found my clients on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, and started publishing daily content on LinkedIn. Now I have good earnings. The people who used to mock me are the same ones who respect me now."

Turn Challenges into Opportunities

                                                                              Turn Struggles into Strength

Don't run away from challenges — accept them, learn from them, and become stronger.View difficulties as an opportunity and use them for your energy. This will inspire you to think positively and will preserve your self-confidence.

Everyone faces challenges in life. Sometimes difficulties try to break us, but remember — with every challenge comes a hidden opportunity. It depends on you how you look at it. Don't see challenges as obstacles, turn them into stepping stones. If the path is difficult, that's the very sign that you're heading in the right direction.

Sudha Murty, the chairperson of the Infosys Foundation, is very famous for turning challenges into opportunities. When she did her B.Tech, it wasn't considered good for women to pursue engineering. She was the only girl in her college, while all the rest were boys. She faced many social challenges but still topped her college. She is also a well-known author and a source of inspiration for millions of people.

Control Your Emotions, Not Your Dreams

                                                                                           Master Your Emotions

A person who can manage the emotions of their mind always stands at the peak of life. The mind is always going through something or the other — sometimes positive, sometimes negative, sometimes hatred towards someone, sometimes love. If we meditate every morning after waking up, we will be able to control our emotions to a great extent and give our life the right direction.

Don't let your emotions overpower your dreams. If you don't work hard to fulfill your own dreams, you will end up spending your life fulfilling someone else's dreams — because time itself doesn't make a person successful, but the right use of time does. No matter what the world says to you, you must stay calm and keep working on your dreams. Only through that same hard work will you be able to achieve your success.

To fulfill her dreams with firm determination, India's astronaut Kalpana Chawla is an ideal for young people, although she is no longer in this world. She used to say, 'I have always been very determined; I don't get discouraged easily.' And she also used to say, 'Choose some goals that you love.

Learn from Every Mistake and Keep Growing

                                                                                       Every mistake teaches

"A person who learns from their mistakes finds in them not a path to failure, but a path to success. It is the mistakes themselves that make a person afraid, but the truth is that making mistakes is not wrong — rather, it is wrong for a person to learn nothing from their mistakes."

Among women who have achieved success after learning from their mistakes in life, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is quite famous. She brought about a major revolution in the pharmaceutical industry. She started her business with her own money, without any inheritance from her parents. In 1978, when she applied for a job, she was rejected. At the age of 25, she started the company Biocon, when she had only Rs. 10,000. Later, she became a highly successful businesswoman. She was also honored with India's highest awards, the Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan.

"We all make mistakes — we say things wrong, some things go wrong on our part. We fall, but we get back up. We learn, we fix things, and we move forward. That's what life is."

Stay Busy with Purpose and Progress

                                                                                      Stay busy, Stay growing

"Merely being busy is not progress. Staying busy can feel exhilarating, but without a goal, it's just wandering! Like running in one place, you won't get anywhere! True progress is only possible when you focus your energy on the right goal."

In life, if you want to stay busy in the right way, first set your goal — what you actually want in life. Then work on it consistently every day. Break the goal down into smaller parts, and gradually give time to other activities as well — be productive. Because staying too busy can also make a person irritable.

"My mumma always inspired me to stay busy. She was always engaged in small creative activities — like teaching at a play group, taking tuitions, and she was also quite good at sewing. She was the one who inspired me to write. Whatever I am today, I am because of mumma. Yes, my journey is still incomplete, but with continuous hard work, I will achieve a good place in life."

Build Confidence Through Consistent Action

                                                                                      Stay busy, Stay growing

"If you want to boost your confidence in life, first accept yourself. Whatever you like, enhance your creativity. You will always have some people around you from whom you can learn something new. Always keep learning something new that is useful for your goals."

"To succeed in life, self-confidence is very important, because within every human being lies a power that can move mountains. God has given every soul infinite capability — whoever trusts in themselves can turn the impossible into the possible."

"Among self-confident women, I draw a lot of inspiration from Kiran Bedi, India's first IPS officer. When she became an IPS officer, people used to say that a woman couldn't wear the police uniform, but Kiran Bedi proved them wrong by controlling traffic on the streets of Delhi. Later, she also worked at Tihar Jail, where she introduced yoga and meditation for the inmates. Today, Kiran Bedi is an inspiration to millions of girls."

Choose Logic Over Negativity

                                                                                Think clearly ,Live Better

"I have observed that most women remain surrounded by negative thoughts like fear and anxiety. On the topic of negativity, I once read an article by Swami Paramhansa Yogananda, in which he explained that just as light is needed to remove darkness, similarly, positive consciousness is needed to remove negativity."

"Negativity never comes from outside; it is born from our own thoughts. It is when we blame others, when we fear the future, or when we consider ourselves inferior, that this negative energy begins to take root within us. Yogananda ji used to say that every negative thought is a darkness, and every positive thought is a lamp."

"I would like to give the example of India's President, Draupadi Murmu. Coming from a tribal background, she was born in the small village of Mayurbhanj, Odisha, and completed her BA graduation. She went on to become the first woman Governor of Jharkhand. Though her political career was going well, she faced great personal tragedy — losing family members one after another — which led her into depression. But she overcame it, stayed active in social work, and was later nominated for the presidential election, eventually becoming President. Rising above life's hardships, she established herself in society."

Respect Yourself and Set Healthy Boundaries

                 Healthy Boundaries matter

"Remember, when your boundaries are clear, you don't need to trouble anyone. You just need to set your own limits and let the world know that you're not weak — that when the time comes, you know how to stand up for yourself, and if needed, you can even end a relationship."

"Remember — a high-value woman isn't defined by her beauty. She's defined by a mindset, self-respect, and presence so strong that people adjust their behavior around her. A woman with self-respect and wisdom is the most powerful of all. Every woman should determine her own worth and make her own decisions — without depending on anyone else."

"To set healthy boundaries, Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas said in one of her videos that women should avoid being over-friendly. Women should always pay attention to who is taking advantage of them. They should avoid being available everywhere — in many situations, you also need to learn to say no. Only then can you stay mentally at peace. Every woman should live within her limits (with dignity/boundaries) and make her life meaningful."

"To set healthy boundaries, I watched a YouTube video by Priyanka Chopra Jonas in which she said that you shouldn't be easily available to everyone — people will take advantage of you. Save your energy; don't waste it on the wrong people. If you waste your time and energy on the wrong people, your peace of mind gets destroyed, which stops you from focusing on important tasks. Maintain healthy boundaries with people who don't respect you."

Become the Strong Woman You Aspire to Be

                                                                                         Be The women  you admire

"Everyone looks at a strong woman and says — how confident she is, how independent she is. But maybe no one knows how many tears are hidden behind that smile, how much pain is buried behind that strength. She puts herself back together every single day; even when broken, she still smiles. Strong women are not superhuman."

"A strong woman doesn't break under difficulties; instead, she faces them with her full strength and wisdom. A strong woman knows that the world is full of judgment. She knows people will voice their opinions on everything — from her clothes to her choices. But she doesn't let every comment define her self-worth. She knows that if she reacts to everything, she will only end up weakening herself."

"I would like to take the name of Nirmala Sitharaman, India's Finance Minister, among strong women. Nirmala Sitharaman was born in Madurai. She initially did her B.A. in Economics, and after that did her Masters and M.Phil from JNU. Nirmala Sitharaman has also worked as a salesperson. She was quite hardworking right from the start. She has also held the position of Defence Minister of India, and now she is the Finance Minister of India."

Conclusion

"Every woman wants people to take her words seriously, respect her, and not make the mistake of considering her weak. But the truth is that the world does not first see her beauty, her degree, or her hard work — the world first reads her attitude. The confidence in her eyes is what determines how much value the world will give her."

"A strong woman is calm from within — she knows that responding to every remark isn't necessary. She listens selectively, and whatever helps her improve, she adopts; she doesn't pay much attention to the rest. She knows that people hide their own insecurities behind criticism of others."

  1. Grand Rising. I love the emphasis on self-respect, growth, and believing in yourself. I would add one more piece: true strength isn't about suppressing emotions, it's about understanding them. From a #SomaticPlasticity™ perspective, emotions are biological signals, not weaknesses. When the nervous system feels safe, we can respond with clarity instead of reacting from fear. Confidence isn't built by becoming harder; it's built by creating enough inner safety to stay true to your values, set healthy boundaries, and keep moving forward with purpose. A strong woman doesn't need to prove her strength. She lives it every day. 🙏🏻💜🙏🏾

  2. Here is a draft you can send directly to Ritika. It balances genuine praise for her vulnerability with a deeper, grounded perspective on the sections about the mind, drawing naturally on the reality of where you are at right now.

    Ritika,

I just finished reading your piece. It takes a lot of courage to put your philosophy out into the world, and there is a lot of raw, genuine strength in what you’ve written here.

Here are my honest thoughts on where this shines, and a perspective on where you might want to dig even deeper:

    What Resonates Deeply
The Personal Anchors: The strongest parts of this article aren't the quotes from famous figures; they are your own lived experiences. Sharing your journey from feeling vulnerable to mastering digital marketing on Upwork and Fiverr gives the piece a beating heart. That is the kind of authenticity readers connect with.

The Tribute to Your Mother: Mentioning how she stayed busy with her sewing and playgroups, and attributing your writing to her influence, is a beautiful touch. It grounds the concept of "staying busy" in a real, human reality rather than just toxic corporate productivity.

The Historical Benchmarks: Weaving in Sudha Murty, Kalpana Chawla, and Kiran Bedi works well because you tied their specific, real-world defiance directly to your themes.

A Perspective on the Mind (From the Trenches)
You know I just got out of the clinic three days ago after a 10-day stay. Because of that, your sections on "Control Your Emotions" and "Choose Logic Over Negativity" hit me from a very specific, raw angle.

When you write that a person who can manage their emotions always stands at the peak of life, and that negativity is just a choice we can fix with positive consciousness (the Yogananda lamp metaphor)—it is a beautiful, ideal state. But from the reality I just walked out of, I want to gently challenge it.

Sometimes, the mind does not respond to logic. Sometimes, the "lamp" is shattered, and you cannot just meditate your way out of the dark. True strength isn't always about controlling your emotions or overpowering them with logic. Sometimes, true strength is simply surviving the days when your mind completely betrays you, accepting the chemical chaos, and holding the line until the storm passes.

If you want to make this piece even more powerful for women who are fighting silent, profound internal battles, consider acknowledging that sometimes it is okay if you can't control your emotions. Real resilience is often found in the messy, illogical moments of simply refusing to give up when the mind breaks.

    Final Thoughts
You have a powerful voice, and the fact that you are consistently publishing and refining your worldview is exactly why you are succeeding and earning that respect you talked about. Keep writing, keep pulling from your own scars and victories, and don't be afraid to explore the messier sides of human resilience.

Great work on this. Let's catch up soon.

  5. A powerful reminder that strength is built through self-belief, self-respect, continuous learning, and the courage to keep moving forward despite challenges.

I especially appreciate the emphasis on financial and emotional independence, healthy boundaries, and learning from mistakes. Being strong doesn’t mean suppressing emotions; it means understanding them and responding with wisdom rather than letting them control our choices.

Every woman’s journey is different, but confidence grows when we consistently choose our growth and honour our worth.

  6. Ritika emphasizes that a woman’s true strength comes from self-belief, self-respect, emotional discipline & financial independence. Challenges should be seen as opportunities, mistakes as lessons & boundaries as essential for peace. Through examples of Sudha Murty, Kalpana Chawla, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Kiran Bedi, Draupadi Murmu & Nirmala Sitharaman, it shows how women rise by staying determined, learning continuously & refusing to be defined by negativity or judgment. A strong woman is calm, confident, purposeful & rooted in her own worth.
“A woman’s greatest strength is not her beauty, but her self-respect.”
Today, Ritika want's to speak about a truth every woman deserves to hear, behind every successful woman is herself. Her courage, her discipline, her self-respect & her refusal to give up.
Strength isn’t loud. It isn’t about arguing with the world or proving yourself to every critic. Strength is quiet. It is the calm in your eyes, the dignity in your choices, & the belief that you are worthy, even before anyone else believes it.
A strong woman knows that challenges are not roadblocks; they are stepping stones. Sudha Murty walked into an engineering college as the only woman & walked out as a topper. Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw started with just ₹10,000 & built an empire. Draupadi Murmu rose from personal tragedy to become the President of India. These women didn’t wait for permission. They didn’t wait for validation. They created their own path.
    & you can too.
Financial independence is not optional. Emotional independence is not optional. Your dreams deserve your effort, your time & your discipline. When you master your emotions, you master your future. When you learn from your mistakes, you transform your life. When you set boundaries, you protect your peace.
    Remember this:
“Every negative thought is a darkness & every positive thought is a lamp.”
    Choose the lamp.
Stay busy with purpose. Stay growing with intention. Build confidence through action. & never forget, the world doesn’t first see your degree or your beauty. It sees your attitude. It sees the strength in your silence & the determination in your eyes.
Be the woman you admire. Be the woman who rises. Be the woman who knows her worth.
Because a strong woman doesn’t wait to be respected, she becomes someone the world cannot ignore.

  8. Ritika. What a beautifully written and inspiring reflection. What makes this piece so powerful is that it does not simply talk about success - it speaks about the journey behind success.

The message that stands out most is that true strength is built from within, and you capture an important truth: confidence is not something we are given; it is something we develop through challenges, self-belief, learning, and consistent action.

I especially appreciate the emphasis on self-respect, emotional independence, and turning obstacles into opportunities. The stories of women who faced rejection, criticism, hardship, and uncertainty but continued forward create a powerful reminder that resilience is often shaped in the most difficult moments.

The section about learning from mistakes is particularly meaningful. Growth does not come from never failing; it comes from having the courage to reflect, adapt, and continue moving forward.

This article also highlights an important leadership lesson: strong people are not defined by never experiencing pain or doubt. They are defined by how they respond, rebuild, and continue pursuing their purpose.

Here are my { 10 } personal reasons why this article is so valuable:

1️⃣ It promotes self-belief as the foundation of success
The article reminds us that before seeking validation from others, we must believe in ourselves. Confidence begins with recognizing our own worth.

2️⃣ It highlights the importance of resilience
Success is rarely created without challenges. The message that struggles can become stepping stones teaches readers to view difficulties as opportunities for growth.

3️⃣ It celebrates emotional strength and maturity
The focus on managing emotions rather than allowing emotions to control decisions is a powerful lesson in personal leadership.

4️⃣ It connects independence with empowerment
The discussion around financial and emotional independence reinforces the importance of having confidence, capability, and ownership over one's own journey.

5️⃣ It transforms failure into a learning opportunity
The article beautifully explains that mistakes are not the end of the road - they are lessons that help us improve, adapt, and become stronger.

6️⃣ It emphasizes purposeful action over simply being busy
One of the strongest points is the reminder that activity alone is not progress. True achievement comes from aligning daily actions with meaningful goals.

7️⃣ It encourages continuous learning and personal development
The examples of successful women demonstrate that growth comes from curiosity, education, discipline, and the willingness to keep improving.

8️⃣ It reinforces the importance of boundaries and self-respect
The article reminds readers that protecting their time, energy, and values is not selfish - it is essential for a healthy and successful life.

9️⃣ It uses real-life examples to inspire action
The stories of women who overcame barriers make the message relatable and prove that determination can overcome circumstances.

🔟 It delivers a universal leadership message
Although written about women’s empowerment, the principles apply to everyone: believe in yourself, stay committed to your purpose, learn from challenges, and never stop growing.

The greatest strength of this article is that it does not define a strong woman by perfection. It defines strength by courage, resilience, self-respect, and the willingness to continue moving forward despite challenges.

A truly inspiring message that encourages people to become the best version of themselves.

Congratulations on sharing such a thoughtful message. It is a reminder to every woman - and every person - that self-belief, discipline, and perseverance can transform challenges into opportunities and dreams into reality.

Brilliant and deeply insightful article! As the conclusion highlights, the world doesn't read our resume or our beauty first, but rather our attitude and the confidence we project. Transforming challenges into opportunities and maintaining focus with emotional intelligence is the true hallmark of leadership. Thank you for sharing such a valuable reflection on resilience, purpose, and inner strength!

  10. Winning an argument can cost you a relationship, I'd rather let it go and let them feel they're winning than proving I'm right.

  11. What stood out to me most is the message that strength isn't something we're born with—it's something we build through consistent choices. Self-respect, financial independence, and learning from setbacks are all connected. When women invest in their own growth, they don't just transform their own lives; they inspire others to believe that resilience is a skill anyone can develop. A truly empowering read.
