It's  amazing how people love to say that I don't care what people think about me. But yet always looking for approval 


Don't speak negatively about yourself even as a joke. Your words are energy they cast spells that's why it is called spelling .Change the way. you speak about yourself  and you can change your life

We all talk to ourselves almost constantly. It's only when you are dwelling on the negative that it's a problem. I don't have an answer for that, except that thoughts precede emotions. And the simple act of smiling, even over nothing, does work.
Interesting note on this is that when we see people actually talking out loud to themselves, we see them as crazy. The rest of us, however, just are a little bit better at concealing our inner crazy.

I don't listen to GMA  first thing morning, I will watch it in the afternoon as I don't want negative energy tossed in my face  first thing in the morning 


Your inner voice is the most repeated influence  you experience. Harsh and dishonest  self-talk trains stress, poor choices, &limits. Clear, fair, truthful ,self-talk trains steadiness &a calm, peaceful mind .Honest, realistic  thoughts support a calm , peaceful mind. calm the body ,& guide action. You fall back on your most  practiced  inner language ,so practice on purpose 


Your conversations with others are typically a projection of your own thoughts (and in that, insecurities). So start from within.
Shift the narrative from-why me?-why not me? and then take a massive amount of action towards the goal?


I remember when I shifted my whole routine  and mindset in college .I started  Journaling, meditating ,and writing down  my gratitude ,that shifted my whole mindset .I felt  like my mind was very optimistic .A  change in mindset  changes everything

Talking with myself makes me so relieved  from stress and I am like my own best friend whom I can share anything  without any Limits Unfortunately a  vast majority of people don't  know how powerful the subconscious mind  is

In our society there is belief that always speak good only. Very simple example when others asks us how are you? We suddenly replies i am fine. Means that type of reply comes naturally.. We always wish to lead life happily and peacefully. Here self talk means we are consoling ourself to avoid bad situations also. Everything will be fine…we are saying ourself silently

I have been saying  twenty minutes of  empowering affirmations three times a day  for 18 months .In the beginning  it felt fake.. Over time I gradually came to believe them as  I religiously recited them and blocked out  all negative and contrary thoughts. T he end result.......my life  has changed  beyond anything  I could have possibly imagined!! It really works!!


When we suppress who we truly are because of stigmas , religion and lack of self love we will suffer .Live happily and cherish every moment you have  right now to  do what makes you happy

I think affirmations are important for people that have  negative thoughts . Constantly  telling yourself  negative things is bad. Affirmations  are like a little moment of mindfulness and  intention

Due to which we start thinking negatively and throughout our life we ​​keep listening to such thoughts from people and keep making ourselves weak.


I would like to tell you that to get rid of negative thoughts, the most important thing is to stay away from people who talk negatively because those who themselves are unable to achieve anything in life, pull others back as well.


Whenever any negative thought comes to your mind, take a moment to calm down and thank yourself for the things you already have. In this way, you will gradually take your mind towards positivity.

Sometimes we get gentler with yourselves. Push ourselves so hard people fall out of touch with us .Some  people care too much ,others too little, while many are trying to strike up a fair balance  within. I think  part of that process is knowing  when you're doing  more for the  outside world than you are doing for your own personal affairs 

If you ever have any hard times in your life, don't try it by yourself ,put god first, because he will solve the hard struggle problem you have. Always   put God first in your life 

Never worry about what people say or think about you .My dad used to tell me that all the time  when I was young .He would say  all that speak out  of their mouth about you ,will have to bridle  their tongue  when God puts  his hands over their  mouth .Amen   Choosing yourself isn't selfish . It's sacred .The moment I did, my peace came back ....and so did my glow


I am 44 and  for years .I 've been doing  everything for my family without recognition. But I now realize if I had given myself  the love I needed  I wouldn't feel  how I feel now

The truth is that your thoughts about yourself  are not always correct ,and you do not deserve to believe every negative thought just because  it is   noisy. Train yourself  to be a good friend inside you because you are the only person who lives with. you you 24 hours a day.. Watch  how you talk to yourself  because this is where peace begins

    Overthinking isn’t just the mind “doing too much.”
    It’s the system trying to feel safe by predicting everything.

    So it creates problems then tries to solve them.

  2. I used to talk to my houseplants until I realized my own inner monologue was way needier. Sitting in traffic and arguing with an imaginary version of your boss is practically a universal sport at this point. You absolutely nailed the reality of how we treat our minds like a cheap punching bag on a daily basis. And yes explaining yourself is just giving people a free ticket to a movie they never wanted to watch anyway.

To be aware of what you speak out loud about yourself n even others , because your body, your self consciousness has no direction but default on past words.So when speaking out loud positively gives the self Conscious intentional direction ( same thing goes for negative words).It also does not know who you are speaking to or about it defaults to self.
