Things You Should Stop Saying to Yourself”
Silence speaks volumes , strength lies in words left unspoken
The continuous chattering of the mind hides the indwelling peace. When the chattering noise ceases ,we experienced peace
The silence is peace .Even at an argument at a fight at any situation ....The silence makes us powerful and its the best quality we have
Silence is peace .If we want to find peace in our lives we need to learn to enjoy the silence
Silence can be bold and fierce ! No excuses.! Attract Peace.

“In silence, the mind heals and the soul speaks.”
I never realized how much power silence holds until I started reading the book social secrets mastery , staying calm and letting others reveal themselves changed everything for me
Silence is so powerful !! Self regulation is one of the most powerful , calming ,and ways to be respectful of yourself. Do not let people get a reaction from you , because 99% of the time , that's exactly what they are looking for
My father always told me ,"Eyes and ears open , mouth shut ."People will reveal themselves to you more when you don't react. I 've learned over the years as well . When someone lies to you and you know , don't confront them because they will switch up how they lie .Let them dig a hole they can't get out of .
Some moments in life leave us speechless staying silent is not a weakness , it's strength
Silence is such an understanding skill, yet it holds immense power . Silence speaks more than words ,if you listen carefully
Silence really is strength -knowing when to speak and when to stay quiet changes everything
Silence isn't a weakness-It saved me during a burnout phase
when I was surrounded by endless noise and pressure.
I started spending 10 quiet minutes a day just breathing ,and clarity slowly returned
The stoics understood something we often forget your strength is forged in stillness. Not in the noise, not in the rush -but in quiet ,steady alignment with your values
Real transformation does not start by being loud or being dramatic ,but by being who you are
Silence isn't withdrawal , it's focus. The more you invest in your own growth ,the less noise from others matters
Stop being available to everyone . That's how peasants behave not Kings. Start using your credit like a sword , not a crutch . Leverage it to control time access, and options. Build it in silence ,move with strategy ,and let it find your power plays not your distractions
I have seldom erred socially or been rejected for jobs, friendships or relationships by saying too little . Most of my rejections , technical errors, and embarrassments came from my incautious speech. Now pauses , silences and tacturity empower me. It feels great to control my mind and my mouth
It's better to remain silent and let others think you are stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Talk low ,talk slow and don't say too much.
I've known this inherently as a little girl. I was silent on purpose and always watched people talk for no reason .I loved this "awkward" silence. As a 46 year old lady ,I am still secure in being silent . Silence is not the absence of noise, it's the acceptance of peace
It's hard to stay silent when you have so many things to say ,but I 've learned when to fight my battles
I genuinely believe if you stay calm when you are disrespected ..then it only means that you have achieved the ability to remain unaffected by what's happening outside and you have a very strong power.....who believes that no matter what others say or do....no one can disrespect me......till I allow them to do ...that's spirituality ..
Be silent when you are angry , when people don't value your words , when you want to listen to people. Being silent is powerful . Never mess with quiet people
Silence is my new language this year. I'm not over explaining myself no more I'm not chasing anyone I'm staying silent the whole year
The most powerful person is the one who listens, thinks and observes ' -Bruce Lee
Using silence isn't always beneficial ,I saw a lot of people being mistreated and taken advantage of due to their silence so I think more than consistently being silent., one should learn when it is better to keep silent and when it is time to be outspoken
The mission of fact is not silence , but sensitivity -to know when to speak , when to listen ,and when to simply hold to space .It is the quiet art of respect , practiced through restraint , timing and grace
Most people can't even have small conversations these days ,much less the deeper conversation
Emotional intelligence (EQ) refers to the ability to understand, manage, and channel your own and others' emotions. Developing it is an ongoing process.
Instead of reacting to small things, be prepared to remain silent. By silent, I mean not reacting at all.
Emotionally intelligent people know where, when, and on what to spend their energy. There's no real purpose in winning an argument with someone who doesn't matter to them, so they often let others win while maintaining their composure.
The scope of emotional intelligence is very broad and encompasses all human behavior. Emotional intelligence is crucial for success in life, as it affects not only work performance and physical health, but also mental health.
Life has taught me the more you say ,the less you are heard.
After spending most of my time (I am 46) wanting to understand others deeply ,and wanting to feel understood deeply also , which wasn't really working ,I have realized that feeling understood in myself by myself is really all that matters . Anything beyond that is icing on the cake
I think this is the crucial difference between neurodivergent people and neurotypical people . Neurotypicals" "skim" everything everywhere . They just inherently discard 99+%of all input and rely heavily on " feeling "or "intuition " We are constantly exhausted because we process way more of the information we are exposed to.
I am really tired of all the energy I waste trying to figure out just how under -informed stupid ,and incapable of taking in information everyone around me happens to be
I used to explain and beg just for people to understand and stay close to me but that all stops today. I'm defending my peace those who want to leave must do
Not everyone deserves an answer. My peace is my strength . Silence destroys Narcissism
Never chase, never beg, never explain , it's a mindset that protects your peace and keeps your energy where it belongs when you know your worth, you don't need to prove it or fight for someone's attention
Silence is not a weakness- It's a mastery . When you no longer seek validation ,you reclaim your power and let your presence speak louder than words
The calmer one is, the more deeply one can use one's intelligence.
Silence is underrated in my opinion .I used it as a weapon when someone would verbally abuse me or intentionally try to hurt me .I later understood how powerful I was during those moments. Because why waste energy on something that craves for attention and acknowledgement through one's reaction towards an action.
A friend told me, " Silence is better than talking ,because in the end humans speak by their actions..He said that talking is just to create an exposure that you are present ,but it could be a double edge sword if people don't see u as what they expected u to be .So better be silent ,let yourself be pure from what people expected u to be ,and let your action says to them about whom I really are.

Silence isn't emptiness. It's the fullness of someone who no longer needs to prove anything.
ReplyDeleteSpeak only when you feel your words are better than silence
DeleteBellissimo articolo
ReplyDeleteThanks
DeleteAnd this is the part most people miss:
ReplyDeleteSilence isn’t always about saying nothing.
It’s about:
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼.
A thoughtful and beautifully expressed reflection.
ReplyDeleteSilence gives us the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our inner voice—something we often lose in a noisy, reactive world. It sharpens awareness, deepens understanding, and allows our responses to emerge with clarity rather than impulse .
Sometimes, saying less is not absence—it is presence in its most powerful form.
Silence is so much more difficult to master than finding words for a situation because we're so conditioned to reply instantly in some way . Silence = highest form of self control and discipline
DeleteBeautifully said. Silence isn’t emptiness—it reflects a quiet confidence where there’s nothing left to prove. In many ways, saying less shows more strength, clarity, and self-control. Truly, silence is power.
ReplyDeleteThe quieter you are,the more others have to guess what you are thinking -and that's power.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder my dear Ritika!.This piece really resonates, especially the idea that 'strength is forged in stillness, not in the noise.' When you are deep in the trenches architecting complex systems from the ground up and navigating high-stakes strategic partnerships, the daily noise of the industry can be overwhelming. I’ve found that the most critical breakthroughs don't come from reacting to every new trend or over-explaining a vision, but from the quiet discipline of simply observing, listening, and executing. In a space that constantly demands loud hype and constant output, having the self-regulation to protect your focus and let the actual infrastructure you build speak for itself is a massive advantage. Great reminder to lean into the pause
ReplyDeleteMost guys don't realize that over-explaining and oversharing are really just hidden bids for validation . When you go silent , it's not about ignoring people -It's about breaking the habit of seeking permission to exist .That shift from "I hope they like me "to"I respect my own peace " is where real power starts
DeleteElegantly stated—silence embodies quiet conviction; restraint reflects strength, clarity, and mastery. Silence is power.
ReplyDeleteThe art of silence makes your words matter more when you speak
DeleteSilence reduces error because it reduces ego
ReplyDelete“The more one speaks, the more mistakes they make.”
There’s ancient truth in that.
Speech multiplies chances for regret; silence multiplies clarity.
When I've stepped back from constant talking, I stepped out of the cycle of reaction, misunderstanding & unnecessary conflict.
Silence is a loyal friend
“Silence is the true friend that never betrays.”
Words can be twisted, misheard, or weaponized.
Silence cannot. It protects my integrity, my intentions & my peace.
Silence sharpens discernment
One day a week of quiet didn’t remove my problems,
it removed the noise that made them feel like problems.
In silence, the mind stops inventing storms.
The heart stops rehearsing old wounds.
The soul finally has room to breathe.
Silence is where God’s voice becomes audible
You said it beautifully:
“Silence is the only true space where I can hear my inner voice, the voice of God guiding me.”
This is the sanctuary I’ve been building,
a life where the Spirit’s whisper is louder than the world’s shouting.
Silence communicates what words cannot
“The eyes speak, the heartbeat speaks.”
In love, presence is often more eloquent than speech.
In relationships, silence becomes a language of trust, attention & depth.
Silence cleans the soul
This is the part that resonates most deeply with my journey:
“Silence alone has enough power… the most valuable kind is when I'm alone, cleaning my soul from the noise around me.”
That’s not withdrawal.
That’s consecration.
That’s inner governance.
That’s the sanctuary rhythm I’ve been living into.
Most people fear the silence because it screams the truth .If you can sit in silence and live life in truth ,you are doing what we should all be doing but it is in alignment with the universe and the earth ,you will flow more easily throughout your day . This will allow your blessings to come to you more easily than if you were going through life with constant resistance
